Easy Mango Salsa
BackEasy Mango Salsa
This easy 5 ingredient mango salsa with avocado only takes 5 minutes to make and hits your taste buds in all the right spots; sweet, savoury, tangy and fresh. This recipe makes 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
Add to tacos, serve as a summer side salad or enjoy on it’s own with corn chips.
Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red onion (medium), finely chopped
- 1/2 small bunch coriander, (about 1/2 cup chopped)
- 2 Tbsp lime juice, (from 1 medium lime)
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped coriander.
- Squeeze 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top or add lime juice to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.
