Orange Rosemary Chicken
This orange rosemary chicken is an easy, comforting dish that’s quick to prepare and with lovely light, aromatic flavours. A tasty mix of gently sweet and herby, it’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon The Good Grocer Collection extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest from ½ an orange
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 4 chicken breasts
To serve
- Broccolini
- Mashed Potato
Method
- Combine the orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, honey, Dijon, rosemary and garlic in a large baking dish. Add a little salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and toss so that it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for around 2 hours to marinade.
- When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 200C.
- Add extra orange slices and surround the chicken in the dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with steamed broccolini and mashed potato. Pour over remaining sauce from the pan. Enjoy!
