Ingredients
- 3/4 cups self raising flour
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp pesto, optional
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2- 2 cups mozzarella cheese; shredded
- Pepperoni or ham, cut into heart shapes
- 2 tsp The Good Grocer Collection olive oil
Method
- Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and lightly dust with flour.
- Mix flour and greek yoghurt together in a bowl, to form a dough. Transfer to a lightly floured surfaced. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky. About 8 – 10 minutes.
- To make your heart shaped pizza dough, roll into a ball and roll out, forming a heart shape with your hands and then transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Spread pesto and pizza sauce evenly on top of pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and then add desired amount of toppings.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and bake for 8 – 10 minutes. The pizza crust should be a lightly golden brown color and the cheese will bubble. Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
