Frozen Prosecco Grapes

Get the party started with sweet, sparkling sugared prosecco grapes – a poppable appetiser or dessert that will have everyone raving!

Marinating & Freezing time: 12 hours

Yields 6 servings


  • 3 cups green grapes 
  • 1 cup champagne or prosecco 
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  1. Place grapes in a bowl and cover with champagne. Allow to marinate refrigerated for 12+ hours.
  2. Drain grapes, toss in sugar and freeze 2 hours.
  3. Enjoy!
